Hi, I’m Victor Hugo, a Peruvian chef. I’ve cooked for 16 years in top and small restaurants, but today my favorite spots are the home – style menu at my own project of creole Peruvian food, cooking with my mom and enjoying local markets and fresh products..
I learned techniques, tracebility, and culture around food, and with this new project i match my two passions: history and food, walking around the city and sharing this history behind the people who gave part of their traditions and gave us the roots of Peruvian cuisine. Learn – Share – Enjoy

Our walking tour with Victor was one of our favorites across all the countries we’ve traveled to. His personality is so warm and welcoming. He really took the time to get to know our interests and tailored the tour experience to them. He has so much knowledge about Lima and Peru and liberally shared it with us, including its history, cultural influences, and its wonderful gastronomy.
